Terms & Conditions

All SCULPERE Bespoke services & Selected Jewellery products are made to order. Our delivery time frame is approximately 25 working days for Bespoke apparel and shoes. Products like Ready cufflinks, Tie, Pocket square, Shirt and other accessories delivery time frame is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed.

Service Limits & Alterations of bespoke products

(A) We are currently providing our bespoke services only in Bengaluru Karnataka. Therefore all the order placed from Bengaluru can avail this facility of alteration in person. Our Master team will ensure the fittings at no extra cost.

(B) If the measurements have given by customer through Online Measurement & Styling Platform and customer is in out of service limit area. Then We will provide alteration reimbursement up to INR 2500 depending upon the garment type. SCULPERE holds no responsibility of any damage done by your tailor and provide no refund. Reimbursement can be claimed by mailing us a alteration bill copy. Claims will be settled with in 10-15 working days.

(C) Online Measurement and styling Platform, which enables every customer to fill the exact measurements and styling details to fulfil the order. This provides “how to take measurement” guide on online measurement platform to help you get the right fit, to avoid alterations. However, the responsibility of giving the accurate measurements lies with the customer. Sculpere holds no responsibility of the measurements provided by the customer or no refund on any condition. You can always call us or mail us (contact@thesculpere.com) to enquire.

We do not accept returns for bespoke garments & Selected Jewellery products as they are custom-made to your preference and body measurements. If you believe your garment could be adjusted for a better fit, please check Alteration Allowances. We provide alteration reimbursement up to INR 2500 depending upon the garment type (Only for Out of service limits). You can read more about our alteration reimbursement allowance in Measurements & Alterations.

Online readily available products like cufflinks, Pocket Square, Tie, Belt, Wallets cannot be exchanged and returns. Returns or exchange are possible only, if you receive faulty or different products from selection. Customer has to inform this by writing at contact@thesculpere.com or calling us with in 48 hours of delivery.

Return and exchange policy

Sculpere shoes are handmade. We ensure, you receive an near perfect product. However, if you are not satisfied for the reasons listed below, we have an exchange policy.

Terms of exchange:

You must email or sign in to your sculpere account with in 2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace products if –

1. You have a size issue.

2. If the product has, a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged while being
Shipped to you.

Please take extra care while trying your shoes to ensure the leather soles are not damaged. We request you to try them with the socks on carpet.

Return pick up charges in case of size exchange and refund

No additional charges for return against refund and exchange on orders for 1st time return or refund. Second time return & refund will not be accepted, or no claim would be approved.

No question asked for size exchange and quality returns for 1st time. Customer can simply apply for this with in 48 hours of time frame post delivery via call, email, what’s app.

2nd time request for refund or exchange : if customer is keep on requesting for return or exchange 2nd time after fulfilling first exchange request. Same will be rejected without any notice. As per the standard policy, 2nd time exchange and refund request will be not accepted.

How to exchange your product:

You should email us the photos of the shoes including the soles, and reason for exchange on contact@thesculpere.com.

Our product team will check and verify the product and the problem. We will respond with in 24 to 48 hrs with exchange approval/Rejection.

If your request is approved for return. Then our team will organise the pick-up with in 24 hrs.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to
notify that we have received your returned product.

We will also notify you that, the final approval or rejection of your exchange
depending on the condition of the shoe if it is in line with the photos initially
sent by on email.

If approved, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement product. If rejected, we will re-ship the same product to you.

Policy on COD, Prepaid, Returns, Shipping, Delivery, RTO Charges – 

1 – Shipping

During discount or offer period all the shipping over the value of INR 999 will be free of cost. COD orders will be shipped within 48 Hours and total delivery timeframe is between working 7 to 9 days.

Prepaid will be shipped within 24 hours and total delivery timeframe is between working 5 to 7 days.

Return pick up charges in case of size exchange and refund

2 – Cash on delivery (COD) T&C

If COD fails or refused by any user for any reason, this action will result in permanent blocking of user’s account for future shopping from our website or retail store.

If user wishes to shop again then he/she must pay INR 450 for unblocking his/her account for shopping.

We charge up to 150/- INR as COD charges, if you choose payment Method as COD (Cash on Delivery). There is no charges on prepaid payments.

3 – Cancellation of prepaid orders

If user wishes to cancel prepaid orders. User can login to his account or contact us by Email or WhatsApp within 12 Hours of purchase. Then there will be no monetary penalty.

If user fails to inform within stated timeframe, then there will be a flat INR 450 deduction again his invoice for shipping cancellation and balance amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

4 – Return charges in case of Size Exchange and Refund

Customer will be charged flat INR 350 for the same. Return and shipping is free, if received product is faulty. Customer has to inform under policy.

Or

Customer can choose to ship the received product by themselves via local courier with all the right packaging of the original product. Customer will be responsible for the delivery from his end for all the damage to the product. If product received is damaged in any way, then they will be charged for the same as per the cost of original product. Hence no exchange or refund will be processed from company’s end.

5 – Refund Timelines

Prepaid orders – 8 to 10 working days in your preferred banking or cashfree payment services.

COD orders – 15 to 18 working days in your preferred banking or cashfree payment services.

If user payment is deducted from his account and order is still not placed, then payment will be refunded by the company to your account within 7 to 8 working days (if received by us). Or customer has to check their bank or payment source. 

6 – If product found faulty or damaged upon receival

Users need to submit the proof by mailing us the photo of the same. Company will take all responsibility to ship you the product again and user will not be charged for the delivery or RTO. 

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the SCULPERE website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product or service that you have ordered from us, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order after fulfilling all payments, we will ensure that you receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of Indian GST. For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc., imposed by the destination country in relation to the products or services. There may be additional delivery costs where applicable.

All of our prices include GST. Payments may be made with MasterCard, Visa or American Express, PayPal, PayU, CC Avenue, UPI, Wallets. The safety of your credit card information is of paramount importance to us. We do not store any credit card information and your payment details are automatically encrypted. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Products will not be dispatched and services will not be performed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and ontrolled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

In the event that there are inaccuracies between the product you have ordered and the product you have received, you may return it with the original SCULPERE packing receipt. Please see our Return Policy for further details.

Our liability related to your use of the website and/or our products is limited to the value of the goods sold to you.

We store your measurements for future reference. Based on the selected fit, we add a “loosening” margin to your measurements:

• REGULAR FIT : WE ADD 3.5″ TO THE CHEST MEASUREMENT AND 2″ TO THE WAIST MEASUREMENT.
• SLIM FIT : WE ADD 2.5″ TO THE CHEST MEASUREMENT AND 2.5″ TO THE WAIST MEASUREMENT.
