Shipping Delivery

  • Policy on COD, Prepaid orders, shipping timelines, RTO charges, Size Exchange

    We have no question asked return and refund policy – Please read our detailed policies for refund & exchange. We do not accept return & refund in few cases. T&C applied.


    1 – Shipping

    During discount or offer period all the shipping over the value of INR 999 will be free of cost. COD orders will be shipped within 48 Hours and total delivery timeframe is between working 5 to 7 working days.

    Prepaid will be shipped within 24 hours and total delivery timeframe is between working 3 to 5 days.

    2 – Cash on delivery (COD) T&C

    If COD fails or refused by any user for any reason, this action will result in permanent blocking of user’s account for future shopping from our website or retail store.

    If user wishes to shop again then he/she must pay INR 350 for unblocking his/her account for shopping.

    3 – Cancellation of prepaid orders

    If user wishes to cancel prepaid orders. User can login to his account or contact us by Email or WhatsApp within 12 Hours of purchase. Then there will be no monetary penalty.

    If user fails to inform within stated timeframe, then there will be a flat shipping charges recovered.

    4 – Return pick up charges in case of Size Exchange and Refund

    No additional charges for return against refund and exchange on orders for 1st time return or refund. Second time return & refund will not be accepted, or no claim would be approved.

    No question asked for size exchange and quality returns for 1st time. Customer can simply apply for this with in 48 hours of time frame post delivery via call, email, what’s app.


    For the faster returns and exchange – Customer can choose to ship the received product by themselves via local courier with all the right packaging of the original product. Customer will be responsible for the delivery from his end for all the damage to the product. If received product is damaged or used in any way, then customer has to pay the entire MRP of the product (Or as per invoice). Or we will re-ship the product to customer. In the case, no refund or exchange will be approved.


    5 – Refund Timelines

    Prepaid orders – 8 to 10 working days in your preferred banking or cashfree payment services.

    COD orders – 10 to 15 working days in your preferred banking or cashfree payment services.

    If user payment is deducted from his account and order is still not placed, then payment will be refunded by the company to your account within 7 to 8 working days (if received by us). Else customer has to approach their bank.

    2nd Time Request for Refund or Exchange : If customer is keep on requesting for return or exchange 2nd time after fulfilling first exchange request. Same will be rejected without any notice. As per the standard policy, 2nd time exchange and refund request will be not accepted.

    6 – If product found faulty or damaged upon received

    Users need to submit the proof by mailing us the photo of the same. Company will take all responsibility to ship you the product again and user will not be charged for the delivery or return. Customer can apply for 100% refund. No question asked. This is applicable only for 1st time request. T&C applied.


    Shipping in India – Shipping is free in India.

    Made to Order Shoes (MTO Services – Bespoke shoes (MTO) takes 20 to 25 days time frame from the date of order. We use standard delivery method in India.

    Refund / Exchange for MTO shoe Order – There will be no refund or exchange will be given. As these are specially designed for you. We always send trial shoe to check fit and style. Post approval from customer, we make final MTO product.


  • How much is shipping cost?

    Sculpere offers free shipping in India (Check your pin codes at checkout cart for serviceability). However we charge INR 350/- flat for exchange on size or return/cancellation.
  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Login into your account and change your shipping address but once an order has shipped, we will not be able to reroute it to another address.
  • How can I track my order?

    Login into your account and check your order detail or status. If your order has been processed then you will receive a mail from Sculpere and SMS containing tracking detail from delivery partner.
