How can I return or request a exchange for a shoes that has quality issue?
If there is any issue related to quality of our products, than customer has to inform this by writing at email@example.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery. However, Sculpere reserves the rights to reject any refund and exchange. Please read *Terms & Conditions for more information.
Please share the sole and upper photos on our sculpere whats app and email. Customer can also call and inform this.
Refund / Exchange of Bespoke Shoes (MTO Order)
We do not refund for MTO orders. These orders are specially designed and manufactured for customers demand. However customer can report the defects and quality level issues. Our team will review it and ensure 100% customer services. We do not change design or any other functionality post completing the order. We take maximum 2 size revisions. Customer has to take 100% responsibility to measure the feet as per sculpere MTO shoe guidelines. We are not liable to refund any charges.
For any return or exchange of MTO shoes order, customer is liable to pay flat INR 350/- for shipping.
Brand reserves a right to refuse any request without any response.
Do you have sculpere wallet and how can I use them?
Yes, Sculpere wallet is live for every sculpere customer. All the cash backs and refunds will be deposited to the wallet. Customer can also recharge this wallet for shopping.
