Return and Exchange policy

Sculpere shoes are handmade. We ensure, you receive an near perfect product. However, if you are not satisfied for the reasons listed below, we have an exchange policy.

Terms of exchange:

You must email or sign in to your Sculpere account with in 2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We only replace products if – 

1. you have a size issue.

2. if the product has, a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged while being
shipped to you.

Please take extra care while trying your shoes to ensure the leather soles are not damaged. We request you to try them with the socks on carpet. 

Return pick up charges in case of Size Exchange and Refund

No additional charges for return against refund and exchange on orders for 1st time return or refund. Second time return & refund will not be accepted, or no claim would be approved.

No question asked for size exchange and quality returns for 1st time. Customer can simply apply for this with in 48 hours of time frame post delivery via call, email, what’s app.

2nd Time Request for Refund or Exchange : If customer is keep on requesting for return or exchange 2nd time after fulfilling first exchange request. Same will be rejected without any notice. As per the standard policy, 2nd time exchange and refund request will be not accepted.

How to exchange your product:

You should email us the photos of the shoes including the soles, and reason for exchange on contact@thesculpere.com.

Our product team will check and verify the product and the problem. We will respond with in 24 to 48 hrs with exchange approval/Rejection.

If your request is approved for return. Then our team will organise the pick-up with in 24 hrs. Or customer can choose their own way to return the product in our warehouse.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to
notify that we have received your returned product.

We will also notify you that, the final approval or rejection of your exchange
depending on the condition of the shoe if it is in line with the photos initially
sent by on email.

If approved, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement product. If rejected, we will re-ship the same product to you.

Online readily available products like cufflinks, pocket square, tie, wallets, belts cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns and exchange are possible only if you receive faulty or different product from selection. Customer has to inform this by writing at contact@thesculpere.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery.

If there is any issue related to quality or fabrication of our products then customer has to inform this by writing at contact@thesculpere.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery (080-40926977), What’s app us +91-9513415362. However, Sculpere reserves the rights to reject any refund and exchange. Please read *Terms & Conditions for more information.

During the sale period (EOSS & Up to 80% Discount), We do not accept returns against refunds. As we are on the highest discount level. We can only exchange the products if they have any visible or quality-level defects. If we approve the defects then return shipping is free of cost. But still, the customer has to ship the products back to us on below Address. We will not reimburse any shipping charges against this. The customer has to share clear photographs of the product and defective area. Our team will check and decide on the approval. As per terms and conditions, the brand decision is final. We do not accept any claims.

If there is size exchange or product to product exchange – The customer has to pay the return pickup and re-shipping charges well in advance.
