SCULPERE SHOES ARE HANDMADE. WE ENSURE, YOU RECEIVE AN NEAR PERFECT PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED FOR THE REASONS LISTED BELOW, WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY.
Please take extra care while trying your shoes to ensure the leather soles are not damaged. We request you to try them with the socks on carpet.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE:
YOU MUST EMAIL OR SIGN IN TO YOUR SCULPERE ACCOUNT WITH IN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, THE PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE
SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL

- YOU HAVE A SIZE ISSUE.
- IF THE PRODUCT HAS, A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHILE BEING
SHIPPED TO YOU.
WE ALSO EXCEPT RETURNS AGAINST 100% REFUND IN BELOW TERMS –
- IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT THEN PLACE A REQUEST WITH IN 2 DAYS
- IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE STYLE THEN WE PROVIDE 100% MRP VALUE GC CODE TO SHOP OTHER PRODUCTS.
REFUND FOR COD ORDERS – 9 TO 10 WORKING DAYS IN NEW PAYMENT MODE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER.
REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS – 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS.
FOR BESPOKE PRODUCTS AND HOME STORE EXPERIENCE:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BESPOKE GARMENTS & SELECTED JEWELLERY PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE CUSTOM-MADE TO YOUR PREFERENCE AND BODY MEASUREMENTS.
IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR GARMENT COULD BE ADJUSTED FOR A BETTER FIT, PLEASE CHECK ALTERATION ALLOWANCES. WE PROVIDE ALTERATION REIMBURSEMENT UP TO INR 2500 DEPENDING UPON THE GARMENT TYPE (ONLY FOR OUT OF SERVICE LIMITS). How to exchange your product:
You should email us the photos of the shoes including the soles, and reason for exchange on firstname.lastname@example.org
Our product team will check and verify the product and the problem. We will respond with in 24 to 48 hrs with exchange approval/Rejection.
If your request is approved for return. Then our team will organise the pick-up with in 24 hrs.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to
notify that we have received your returned product.
We will also notify you that, the final approval or rejection of your exchange
depending on the condition of the shoe if it is in line with the photos initially
sent by on email.
If approved, we will initiate the shipping of the replacement product. If rejected, we will re-ship the same product to you.
For Ready To Wear Products:
Online readily available products like cufflinks, pocket square, tie, wallets, belts cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns and exchange are possible only if you receive faulty or different product from selection. Customer has to inform this by writing at email@example.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery.
If there is any issue related to quality or fabrication of our products then customer has to inform this by writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us within 48 hours of delivery.
