When it comes to a great fit, measurement becomes the key factor. Our master team makes sure to have the exact mapping cm by cm to perfect your final look. Our patterns are made individually for our clients to meet their exact body measurements. These personal pattern templates help us give every customer the best customised fits adhering exactly to the individuals posture and physique.
Post booking the appointment, our master team travels to your place and takes the measurement in person.
Yes, we have Online Measurement and styling Platform, which enables every customer to fill the exact measurements and styling details to fulfil the order. We also provide “how to take measurement” guide on online measurement platform to help you get the right fit, to avoid alterations. However, the responsibility of giving the accurate measurements lies with the customer. Sculpere holds no responsibility of the measurements provided by the customer or no refund on any condition. You can always call us or mail us (email@example.com) to enquire.
Unfortunately, not? We need your actual body measurements.
(A) Post taking Appointment, our master team ensures accurate fitting in second fit trial in person meeting. Hence, there will be 100% guarantee on fittings. However, if customer is still not satisfied. Customer can call us for another round of fittings at NO extra cost.
(B) If customer provides measurements on his own through Online Measurement and styling Platform, then customer can connect with us (firstname.lastname@example.org) regarding the query within 48 hours upon receival of the products. If customer is in service limits, we will provide pickup and alteration services at no extra cost. If customer is out of service limits, we will provide alteration reimbursement up to INR 2500, depending upon the garment type. Sculpere do not hold any responsibility of damage done by your tailor and provide no refund. Reimbursement can be claimed by mailing us the alteration bill copy. Yes. You can login into your account and click on measurements section. However, you can edit your measurements until Sculpere confirms and process the order. Once the order is processed, you cannot edit the measurements. You can always edit the measurements while placing the order next time.
