How to book a service? And what is the process?

Please go to Appointment section and fill up the details. Our team will contact you with in 24 hours. Our master team including bespoke expert and stylist travel to your place for all tailoring and wardrobe services. It includes head to toe solution at one place.

What all products are custom made on your website?

All apparel products, footwear, watches and selected accessories are 100% custom made as per your
requirement. Except Promo Men’s shirts for Cufflinks, Tie on website.

What type of fabrics do you use?

We use only high-quality wool blends and superfine wool imported fabrics to provide you with the best. We have 300+ varieties of shirting and suiting fabrics to choose from. For more information please visit our BESPOKE SERVICES page.

Can you customize my wedding looks, keeping different ceremonies in mind?

Yes. We are known for our Bespoke Trunk Services, where we provide head to toe solution (Suits, Sherwani, Kurtas, Waistcoats, Nehru Jackets, Shirts, Trousers, Cufflinks, Brooches, Handmade Shoes etc.) you name, it we have it. All are 100% customized as per your requirement.

Do you provide bespoke home services just for Shirt or just Trousers or just Jacket/Blazers or just Shoes?

Yes. We do service individual products at your doorstep but service charge of INR 2999 + Taxes would cost extra in final billing. However, we recommend our customers to buy pair of shirt & trousers or combination of blazer/jacket & Trousers. For bespoke shoe we don’t charge extra.

Can I add or remove something from my bespoke home service order?

We can not cancel the order booked at your doorstep, as all the payment are advance. However, we can always add or edit your order if we get your request within 24 hours of order confirmation. Kindly mail us your request on contact@thesculpere.com Ex – Add or remove waistcoat, styling of jacket, shirt, trousers, shoe and accessories (*Terms and conditions applies. Different products and services will cost extra).

What is your approximate cost of bespoke suits, trousers, shirts, accessories and shoe services?

We offer our customer wide range of styling and fabric options to choose from, as per the requirement. As these services are 100% customized, therefore cost varies as per the chosen styling and quality of fabrics. Suit range starts from INR 29,999/- (Inclusive of all taxes). Do you store my measurement data for future use?

Yes. It will help us to provide you with the better experience for your next bespoke services.

Can you design the looks as per my design ideas?

Yes, our master team will always help you to bring your ideas to real life with certain suggestion as per the trend.

Do you service womenswear or kids wear?

We do not service womenswear but we service order for boys.

How do I check my order status?

Login into your account and go to order history.

How do I know what style is best for me?

Our journal has all the required information and recommendations. However, you can call or mail us. Our team would be happy to assist you.

Measurements & Alterations

When it comes to a great fit, measurement becomes the key factor. Our master team makes sure to have the exact mapping cm by cm to perfect your final look. Our patterns are made individually for our clients to meet their exact body measurements. These personal pattern templates help us give every customer the best customised fits adhering exactly to the individuals posture and physique.

How do you take measurements?

Post booking the appointment, our master team travels to your place and takes the measurement in person.

Do I have an option of providing the measurements and styling requirements online?

Yes, we have Online Measurement and styling Platform, which enables every customer to fill the exact measurements and styling details to fulfil the order. We also provide “how to take measurement” guide on online measurement platform to help you get the right fit, to avoid alterations. However, the responsibility of giving the accurate measurements lies with the customer. Sculpere holds no responsibility of the measurements provided by the customer or no refund on any condition. Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?

Unfortunately, not? We need your actual body measurements.

How can I make minor alterations in my received products, if any?

(A) Post taking Appointment, our master team ensures accurate fitting in second fit trial in person meeting. Hence, there will be 100% guarantee on fittings. However, if customer is still not satisfied. Customer can call us for another round of fittings at NO extra cost.

(B) If customer provides measurements on his own through Online Measurement and styling Platform, then customer can connect with us (contact@thesculpere.com) regarding the query within 48 hours upon receival of the products. If customer is in service limits, we will provide pickup and alteration services at no extra cost. If customer is out of service
limits, we will provide alteration reimbursement up to INR 2500, depending upon the garment type. Sculpere do not hold any responsibility of damage done by your tailor and provide no refund. Reimbursement can be claimed by mailing us the
alteration bill copy. Please read Terms and Conditions for more details.

Can I see/edit my body measurements in my account profile?

Yes. You can login into your account and click on measurements section. However, you can edit your
measurements until Sculpere confirms and process the order. Once the order is processed, you cannot edit the measurements. You can always edit the measurements while placing the order next time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my bespoke and online order?

All the bespoke apparel & Shoe orders will be serviced within 3 to 4 weeks. Products like ready cufflinks, tie, pocket squares, promo shirts and other accessories readily available online will be serviced within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed.

How much is shipping cost?

Sculpere offers free shipping in India (Check your pin codes at checkout cart for serviceability). For international orders over USD $700 shipping is free. On orders under USD $700 we charge a flat rate of USD $50.

How do I change my shipping address?

Login into your account and change your shipping address but once an order has shipped, we will not be able to reroute it to another address.

How can I track my order?

Login into your account and check your order detail or status. If your order has been processed then you will
receive a mail from Sculpere and SMS containing tracking detail from delivery partner.

Returns

We do not accept returns for bespoke garments & Selected Jewellery products as they are custom-made to your preference and body measurements.
If you believe your garment could be adjusted for a better fit, please check Alteration Allowances. We provide alteration reimbursement up to INR 2500 depending upon the garment type (only for out of service limits). You can read more about our alteration reimbursement allowance in Measurements & Alterations section.

Online readily available products like cufflinks, pocket square, tie, wallets, belts cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns and exchange are possible only if you receive faulty or different product from selection. Customer has to inform this by writing at contact@thesculpere.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery.

How can I return or request a refund for a garment that has quality or fabrication issue?

If there is any issue related to quality or fabrication of our products then customer has to inform this by writing at contact@thesculpere.com or calling us within 48 hours of delivery.
